Yoga is an excel­lent prac­tice for adults. This ancient art com­bines breath­ing, move­ment and empa­thy.

In LOUD, there are cre­ative work­shops in sewing, wood carv­ing, jew­ellery and con­struc­tion. We com­bine tra­di­tion­al tech­niques with mod­ern mate­ri­als and tools.

In the work­shop “Per­cus­sion and vocal impro­vi­sa­tion cir­cles” per­cus­sion and voice are basic and unique tools that move in par­al­lel. Work­shop par­tic­i­pants will exper­i­ment with both voice and per­cus­sion instru­ments.

This is a coop­er­a­tion pro­gramme between Loud and the sports club Aetoi Thes­sa­loni­ki, which is being imple­ment­ed since 2021 in kinder­gartens, pri­ma­ry schools and high schools in North­ern Greece.
