Magda Triantafyllidou

was born in Thessaloniki. She studied architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and at the Czech Technical University in Prague. She carried out her research work on “People with different circumstances, from the institution to the community” in 2009. Her love for designing and making clothes and accessories led to her admission to the Department of Creative Design and Clothing at the International University of Greece. She worked with clothing design agencies until 2012 when she created her own studio. To this day she is still involved in the production of mainly children’s clothing, accessories and decorative objects. At the same time she organizes creative workshops for learning sewing and patterns in various creative spaces in Thessaloniki. She has taken part in the actions of the movement “Who made my clothes?” and participates in exhibitions and festivals of producers and craftsmen (Greenwave, eco-fairs) that promote fair trade and sustainable development.
